Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when offered)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled because processing and packaging may have already begun.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Saldaña Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately within your 24-hour cancellation period and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If you still need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We'll work with you to find the best solution.
